Inspirational Stores Raised €10 Million Second Round — Paris-based provider of online marketing solutions for high-end and niche consumer brands, has raised €10 million in second-round funding. Atlas Venture led the deal, and was joined by return backer OTC Asset Management.

Crisp Wireless Raised $5 Million Series B — New York-based provider of mobile entertainment and content management solutions, has raised $5.02 million in a Series B round led by return backer Meritage Private Equity Funds, according to a regulatory filing.

Savings.com Raised $4 Million Series B — Santa Barbara, Calif.-based provider of online coupons and discount codes has raised around $4 million in Series B funding led by U.S. Venture Partners, according to a regulatory filing.

Mzinga Raised $25 Million — Burlington, Mass.-based provider of white-label social networks, is looking to raise around $25 million in new private equity and debt funding, according to VentureWire. Earlier this year, the company raised $32.5 million ($15m in equity) from W Capital Partners, Bluecrest Capital Finance, GE Equity, Knowledge Industries and company management. Part of the proceeds were used to acquire Littleton, Mass.-based competitor Prospero Technologies.

Casual Gaming Firm Oberon Media Gets $20 Million Funding From China — Oberon Media, the NYC-based mobile and online casual gaming firm which recently did a restructuring and management changes, has received another $20 million in funding, from the Infinity I-China Fund. This funding will help Oberon expand its publishing and distribution business and establishing new partnerships in China. Infinity IChina is Israeli-Chinese equity fund…it plans to do some more investments in the gaming sector in the region.

e-Rewards Raised $60 Million — Dallas-based provider of “by-invitation-only” online market research panels, has raised $60 million from TA Associates, in exchange for a minority ownership position.

PPLive.com Raised $20 Million Third Round — Chinese video sharing site, is raising $20 million in third-round funding. It had previously raised over $21 million from firms like Softbank China Venture Capital, BlueRun Ventures, DFJ and Dragon Ventures.

Melodis Corp. Raised $7 Million Series B — San Jose, Calif.-based provider of online music search technology, has raised $7 million in Series B funding. TransLink Capital led the round, and was joined by JAIC America and return backer Global Catalyst Partners.
